This is one of the reasons there's so much crime. They keep getting out of jail. Keep them there!

Total bull crap and if you knew what you were talking about you wouldnt have made such an uninformed statement ForPnC. Crime happenes for many reasons, but being back on the street isn't one of them. Try economic disparity, poor education, lack of accountability while growing up, and a host of other issues. Do your research fist before you speak, please.

LANTANAGURL GET A LIFE!
CRIMINALS SHOULD BE GIVEN A CHANCE , BUT IF THEY KEEP COMING BACK TO THE COURTS THEN THE JUDGES SHOULD KEEP THE CRIMINALS IN THE SOCIETY THEY WANT TO BE IN WHICH IS PRISON POPULATION.

Are you serious lantanagurl?!? You are off your rocker. It is proven fact that we have a serious repeat offender problem. You might not like it, but that is a fact. ForPnC is dead on, 100% accurate. He didn't say it was the only reason, but it is a big reason! You did not list reasons, only excuses. There is no reason to rob, pillage and plunder your neighbors. There might be excuses, but not reasons!! Your way of thinking is for losers and people who don't want to better themselves. There are plenty of hard luck stories out there, people of all colors and walks of life who have better themselves. You can do one of two things: Fail because of your circumstances, or succeed in spite of them. Which would you choose?

Lantana -
I know exactly what I'm talking about and I AM informed. There are criminals out there that get out of their comfy cells and fall right back into their crowds and old ways. You apparently need to read the paper a bit more. If that's too challenging for you then turn on the local news and listen to it for a while.

SCHoser is right. You listed only excuses. I came from exactly the background you speak of. I DID succeed in spite of it. And I don't thank anydamnbody but myself because I put in the hard work and effort it took to get out of it.

Lantana: I totally agree with ForPnC and ScHoser! Stop making excuses for people to committ these crimes again again and yet again!

PalmettoMan: You are totally off base - your comment doesn't even apply!
