There is a shortage of law enforcement officers, and they're very poorly paid in SC. My suggestion would be a reprimand and required anger management course. There should possibly be a "three strikes your out" policy or something of that nature.

I agree CD.
What if it would have been a black cop? Probably a much different out come I think. Feel good move by a potential VP pick screaming pick me, pick me!
Hey lets make a new law that bans totally the use of the n word and then we can fill the jails up with even more young black men!?

Police officers are held to a higher standard than the general public, and no when they are in uniform they do not have the right to free speech. They gave that right up when they were sworn it as a police officer.
