Honor the pickle
Wednesday, May 14, 2008
Starting Friday, you'll have 11 full days to celebrate International Pickle Week.
That's right, food friends, May 16-26 is the time to express your passion for beloved briny cucumbers of all kinds. The "holiday" was started in 1948 by the Pickle Packers International Inc. trade association.
Each day during IPW, you can participate in a different, fun-filled activity by visiting pickleweek.com. Trivia, recipes, personalized pickle cards, poems and more.
