Guerrilla Cuisine

Wednesday, May 7, 2008

Guerrilla Cuisine is throwing together its seventh dinner May 18, the game plan being, well, game.

We're talking six courses, including buffalo carpaccio and wild boar chops, with a little help from the guys at Social and Poogan's Porch.

The underground supper club plans to use an industrial site somewhere on the peninsula and to feature a light show from artist Carl Janes.

Another surprise: They're selling nine pit bull puppies for $100 each. Some of the evening's proceeds will benefit Darkness to Light, a nonprofit that helps prevent child sexual abuse.

Guerrilla's next dinner is shaping up for June 8, a taste of locally made home brews. Tickets are $65, and it's BYOB. Visit guerrillacuisine.com to buy tickets.
