April 5, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Learn How to Cook: Roasting and Baking, participation, $49; 3-6 p.m., Teen Cuisine: Chinese Doesn't Have to Mean Takeout! Participation. $49.

April 19, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Learn How to Cook: Soups, participation, $49; 3-6 p.m., Teen Cuisine: No More Empty Cookie Jar, participation, $49.
