Today's closings Berkeley COUNTY --Highway 17A: Lane closures surrounding the intersection with Highway 176, through 6 a.m. today. CHARLESTON COUNTY --US-17: Lane closure from Coming Street to Ashley River bridge, 9 p.m.-6 a.m. through August 14. Ongoing closings CHARLESTON COUNTY --Hunley Avenue: Closed at Ellis Creek bridge on Folly Road. --Grimball Road: Closed to through traffic. --Folly Road: Speed limit 35 mph from Patterson Avenue to the James Island Connector. --Courtenay Drive: One lane closed in each direction, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. through Aug. 24. --Bee Street: Intermittent lane closures between Bravo Street and Courtenay Drive, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. through Sept. 16. --Church Street: Southbound lane closed between Atlantic and South Battery streets through Sept. 30. --Burns Lane: Closed between Meeting and King streets, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. until Nov. 27. --Hutson Street: Closed between Meeting and King streets, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays through December. Colleton county --U.S. Highway 17: Construction on the Combahee River bridge, with possible nighttime lane closures, through November. --Black Creek Road: Black Creek Bridge on S-15-28 10 miles southwest of Walterboro closed through Aug. 24. Detour route will be posted. Dorchester county --West Ninth North Street: Road widening and a turn lane being added from Cedar Street to Main Street through August.
