Six award-winning musical acts from the Christian music industry are scheduled to join evangelist Franklin Graham on stage this fall at the Lowcountry Franklin Graham Festival. "Some of these groups have the most popular tours in Christian music this summer, but people in Charleston can enjoy them for free at the family-friendly festival," says director Art Bailey. The performers are Dove Awards Artist of the Year TobyMac (www.tobymac.com), Christian rock veterans The Newsboys (www.newsboys.com), hip-hop/rock band Group 1 Crew (www.group1crew.com/), Israel Houghton & New Breed (www.newbreedmusic.com), Casting Crowns (www.castingcrowns.com) and hip-hop/gospel artist Kirk Franklin (www.kirkfranklin.com).
