61 Bistro Grill

In the June 26 edition of Preview, I reported that Thierry Goulard was the chef at this French-inspired casual bistro.

Goulard has informed us that he is no longer with the restaurant. We apologize for this error and look forward to sharing with our readers this popular chef's latest career plans. Formerly with Chez Fish and Mia's, Goulard was at 61 Bistro Grill for a very brief time. Stay tuned.

We encourage all of our local chefs and restaurateurs to keep us up-to-date in our Dining Guide listing by using our new e-mail address at diningguide@postandcourier.com.
