Guerrilla Cuisine, Charleston's favorite (and only) underground supper club, has set dates for August, September and October. The collaborative dining project brings together a network of artists, musicians and chefs, counting Daniel Heinze, an up-and-comer at McCrady's. His menu for Sunday: Meat and fish dishes, with loads of veggies and hot peppers from Shawn Thackery's farm. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. Bring your own beer (or wine or moonshine) and seat cushions. It's to be held at a cozy, familiar GC setting on Wappoo Road in West Ashley. Only 40 tickets are to be sold, and the cost is $65 per person plus gratuity. Then on Sept. 21, Kelly Franz from Magnolias is preparing a throwdown for vegetarians and piscetarians (fish lovers, unite!). The location is downtown with music from Graham Worley and Kris Woodrum. Tickets run $65 with 45 slots available. Cypress executive chef Craig Deihl will man the kitchen Oct. 19. Expect some "high-tech cuisine," according to the Guerrilla guys.
