Teacher arrested on sex charges

Saturday, April 26, 2008

WALTERBORO — A Forest Circle Middle School teacher has been arrested on sex charges and accused of having a relationship with a student.

Tracy Lee Judy, 36, is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, Colleton County Sheriff George A. Malone said.

Judy was arrested Friday morning at the school. A search warrant was served at the school and his residence for computers, Malone said. He said the charges stem from a relationship Judy had with a 15-year-old female student.

You'd think a teacher, of all people, after ALL the stories,
would have a healthy fear of the word "underage".

This is happening all over the country. Go to www.schoolteachernews.com and click on the Scandal page. They have documented over 160 of these types of incidents since just the beginning of 2008.
