Teacher arrested on sex chargesSaturday, April 26, 2008
WALTERBORO — A Forest Circle Middle School teacher has been arrested on sex charges and accused of having a relationship with a student. Tracy Lee Judy, 36, is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, Colleton County Sheriff George A. Malone said. Judy was arrested Friday morning at the school. A search warrant was served at the school and his residence for computers, Malone said. He said the charges stem from a relationship Judy had with a 15-year-old female student. |

Yeah, here we go again.
You'd think a teacher, of all people, after ALL the stories,
would have a healthy fear of the word "underage".
