Officers confiscated a package Monday filled with more than $90,000 in marijuana. North Charleston narcotics officers intercepted the package, which contained 20 pounds of the drug, in Berkeley County, said Spencer Pryor, North Charleston police public information officer. He said the package was bound for an address in Walterboro. With cooperation between sheriff's narcotics investigators from Berkeley and Colleton counties, the drugs were delivered to the intended recipient, Pryor said. He said Mary Douglas, 42, of Green Pond is charged with trafficking marijuana.

This was probably a decoy for the larger shipment from the freighter, which was probably a decoy for the stuff the bad guys really wanted to bring into the country. I hope you federal guys realize this scenario this time.
